How to protect your cutting board?
Salt-soaked anti-cracking method of cutting board
Soak the new cutting board in concentrated salt water for 12 to 24 hours, take it out and dry it, and it can last for a long time without cracking.
1. Separate raw and cooked
There are more bacteria and parasite eggs on lettuce, so it is inevitable that the cutting board will be contaminated. If you use such a cutting board to cut cooked food, it will contaminate the cooked food. It is best to prepare two cutting boards. Rice husk itself has strong antibacterial and bactericidal functions. In the production process, a small amount of nano-silver element with super bactericidal function is added to prevent bacterial residues well. With high hardness and easy cleaning, it ensures that no dirt remains on the cutting board when switching foods.
2. Keep it clean
After the traditional cutting board is used, use a hard board brush and clean water to wash away the dirt along with the sawdust. If there is fish, meat and other fishy smell, it can be washed with rice water or washing spirit dissolved with salt. Then rinse with lukewarm water. Do not blanch with boiling water, as the protein in the meat will remain on the cutting board. When heated, it solidifies and is not easy to clean. Hang to dry after washing.
After the bamboo and wood cutting board has been used for a period of time, the wood chips on the cutting board can be scraped with a kitchen knife. Or planing with a wood planer to completely remove the dirt on the cutting board. And can keep the cutting board flat and easy to use.
